Departure from the hotel at 9:00 a.m., your guide takes you to the village of Ceking where you can then discover this very particular landscape of rice cultivation whose terraces give a singular aspect to the hills that host them. Then you can visit the sacred springs of Tirta Empul. The waters are said to be purifying and magical. Every year, thousands of pilgrims come to purify themselves and make offerings to the deities. Proceed to Kintamani and head towards the temple of Besakih. This huge temple, a place of worship of the Hindu religion, contains many treasures. Besakih is also the largest and most important temple in Bali. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, you will visit the typical village of Penglipuran with its Balinese architecture as well as the Kehen temple with its century-old banyan trees.
